Disclaimer: By commissioning Brynjar/Brynjar's Apothecary, you agree to the Terms of Service (Whether you have taken the time to read them or not), and certify that you are 18 years of age or older. Brynjar / Brynjar's Apothecary / BlackBeardNorse or any other usernames on sites that art is uploaded to will not be held responsible for your actions should you agree to these terms under false pretenses. Any legal recourse that would result from those actions or the Terms of Service being broken are waived.

Paypal: Paypal is One of two ways payments are accepted. Payments must post or arrive in the account immediately. You may not pay with eCheck or your bank account if the transfer is not immediate. Any transaction taking more than one hour to clear will be canceled along with the art ordered.

Square: Square may also be used to send invoices. Invoice will read as being sent by Bifrost Games.

​

Charge-Backs: If you process a charge-back, you forfeit any work on the art from that point on and you will only be refunded for the remaining portion of work.

Refunds: Refunds may only be requested while the piece is in the sketch phase. After the piece has moved to lining, color or any type of shading, refunds will not be given. Should you request a refund while in the sketch phase, an amount of 15$ will be retained by the artist for their efforts put into the sketch.

Will Not Draw: Any character under the age of 18, any grotesque fetishes such as watersports, birth, unbirth, vore, sexualized gore, baby and hyper muscles/inflation. (If it isnt included here but you think it might fall into this category, please ask)

Style: Art will be done in the artist's style. Do not request that your piece be done in the style of another artist, creator or producer.

WIPs: WIPs are uploaded to FurAffinity or Brynjar's Apothecary Discord.

Edits: All pieces come with 2 edits. This means that you may make edits to your piece twice when a WIP has been provided and you wish something changed. Edits are not designed to add extra elements to the piece, but to correct things the artist either forgot, or needs to change. Additional edit prices are located on the Services page.

Credits & Appropriation: You may upload any piece you have paid for anywhere you like. The piece still remains the intellectual property of the artist. Any characters or adopts sold by the artist may not be sold for any more than what was paid for it, excluding a scenario that it comes with excess art.
